House rules

1. General

– Always follow the instructions of the Beach Club Punt West staff.

– Respect other guests, staff, nature and the environment.

– Misconduct, excessive alcohol consumption or disrupting the peace may result in removal from

the premises, without refund.

2. Catering and facilities

– Own consumption is not permitted in catering areas and on the terrace.

– Children must be under adult supervision.

– Pets are welcome provided they are kept on a leash and do not cause a nuisance to other guests.

3. Boat & SUP rental

– Wearing a life jacket is mandatory when using boats and SUPs.

– Swimming diploma A is required for participation.

– It is forbidden to sail or SUP under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

– Take nature, other water sports enthusiasts and sailing regulations into account.

– Materials must be returned clean and complete.

4. Rental of bicycles and scooters

– Wearing a helmet is mandatory on scooters and strongly recommended on bicycles.

– Minimum age for scooters: 16 years (with a valid AM or B driving license).

– Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited.

– Scooters must be secured with a lock when stationary.

– Damage or defects must be reported immediately.

5. Responsible use and damage

– Guests are responsible for the careful use of the rented equipment.

– In case of damage, loss or theft, repair or replacement costs will be charged.

– Deposit will only be refunded after inspection and approval by Beach Club Punt West.

6. Safety and environment

– Open fires, BBQs and fireworks are prohibited on the premises and near the rental materials.

– Keep the beach, water and surrounding area clean: put your waste in the appropriate bins.

– Respect the tranquility of nature and animals in the area.

7. Liability

– Participation in activities, use of facilities and rented materials is entirely at your own risk.

Risk - Beach Club Punt West is not liable for damage, injury, loss or theft.

8. Final provision

– By entering the premises and/or using the facilities and rented materials,

guest agrees to these regulations.

– Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of use without notice.
